Which session is right for me?
Headshots – ideal for using on social media, Linked in, corporate websites and more. These sessions are shot from the shoulders up, normally on a white, black, or solid color background and produce a clean, modern image.
Portraits – more than a headshot, portrait sessions are designed to tell the viewer more about you. These sessions are longer and can be crafted into something more creative.
What is a look? A look is another variation of your portrait. For example, this could be a change of top or wardrobe, a different background color, different hairstyle, a dramatic change of lighting, and more.
Groups and Corporate Pricing – We offer customized packages for groups and companies. Call or email us for a custom quote.
On Location & Environmental photos – We can set up a mini studio at your office or location. For team and location rates, call or email us for a quote.

How do I book my Headshots?

Scheduling is easy – use the contact info below to get in touch or easily book online. Headshots are quick and -dare we say- enjoyable. We’ll discuss the type of look that you’re after and everything will be set up before you arrive.
Come Get Your Photo Taken
A typical headshot session lasts anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour according to the session selected and variety of images you need. Our studio is equipped with white, black, light gray, dark gray and midnight blue backdrops. You will be able to view the images as we shoot to ensure that we’re capturing the look you’re after.
Select Your Favorite Images
At the end of the shoot you will have a selection of favorites to choose from for your final images. We’ll retouch the images you’ve selected and send you the finished high resolution files within 24-48 hours of the shoot.
Is there any additional information I should be aware of?
Clothing
Solid colors work really well and gem tones (think of navy blue, teal, plum, dark red) tend to be universally flattering. Choose colors that accentuate your skin tone and think of layering your clothing. Bring a few options and try to avoid stripes and busy patterns. Super shiny ties and reflective bulky necklaces can be distracting, so aim for simple there because we want the focus to be 100% on YOU! The most important thing is to be comfortable because when you feel good, you look good!
Hair and Make Up
Having your hair and makeup professionally done is the icing on the cake. We recommend having your hair/make up done somewhere you’re familiar with and where you’re comfortable.

There are many salons all within a minute or two of the studio! Salon Mode, Atomic Hair, Urban Esque, & Trillium Salon.
Your Files – Share and Print Anywhere
After you’ve selected your final images, they’ll be retouched and you will receive high resolution digital files and unlimited licensing for the images. This means you can use them for printing, posting online and sharing with family and friends – anytime.
After Booking
For any questions prior to your appointment, please call or email us at 920-420-1897 or Hi@HillaryQuella.com. Please note - requests for rescheduling made within less than 48 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel beforehand, you may do so at least 48 hours prior to the session and you will be refunded 50% of your session fee. If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours, your fee will not be refunded. This policy is in place because we spend considerable time preparing the studio, set and equipment according to your specific needs and we have forfeited offering your time slot to another client. The best way to ensure you don't forfeit your session fee is to contact us to reschedule with more than 48 hours notice.
Directions
The studio is located at 11 Merritt Ave. in downtown Oshkosh, WI. We’re right off Main St. and we’re 3 shops east of the Congress/Merritt corner by Salon Mode. Ski’s Market & Winnebago Bicycle are across the street from us. There is free 2 hour parking in the city lot along the east side of our building.
